WELCOME TO BRAW PUPPY
Important notice regarding the COVID-19 pandemic
Due to the recommendations from the Scottish Government and the WHO, I will not be running any face to face classes nor any 1-2-1 training or behaviour consultations. This includes both Puppy School classes and any Braw Puppy activity. As we have no idea when the restriction of movements will be lifted, I cannot say when I will be up and running again but when I am, I will be happy to start up classes and consultations once more.
Some Puppy School tutors are running small and excellent interactive-virtual classes which are perfect for you to train your puppy at home. If you are interested, go to www.puppyschool.co.uk to find out more. Before signing up please check your upload and download speeds by going to https://speedtest.net anything over 10Mbps will be sufficient.
Socialising puppies is going to be difficult, especially since vets are not allowed to do vaccinations or give out worming and tick/flee medications during the pandemic. Please do not be tempted to let your puppy interact with other dogs or people outside your family because your puppy might get puppy illnesses and of course we are all supposed to be social distancing. If your puppy is small enough you can carry it around to get used to new smells, sites and noises which will help. There is also lots online about entertaining dogs at home so check that out!
